Today is a very special day for us: World Water Day On this day, we want to thank the most important element on Earth for all the energy it gives us day after day. Without water, we humans could only survive for a few days. Water symbolizes the flow of life . The philosopher Heraclitus is quoted as saying “panta rhei”, with which he wanted to express that this river is in constant movement and change. In the creation stories of many cultures, water also symbolizes the origin of all life. We owe our entire biological existence to water, as our body needs it for all internal functions.
